Can you build windows into the dome?

Yes. Domes can include windows, which are an attractive option especially in residential units. While windows do weaken the dome structure slightly, if installed to the ringbeam within a stem wall, they are less vulnerable to damage. Skylights are also a viable and attractive option.

Why would my business need a dome for business continuity?

If your business is located in a part of the country that is prone to strong storms, hurricanes, or tornadoes, you may be susceptible to damage or complete loss of your business if you are not properly prepared to weather the disaster and resume operations as quickly as possible.  IT resources in particular, may be vulnerable.  A dome provides the perfect secure, affordable off-site facility to get your business “back in business” during and after any natural disaster.

What is the smallest/largest size dome you will build?

Because domes are so flexible and versatile, they are used for a variety of purposes — both as residential housing and commercial buildings. Therefore, sizes can vary as small as 500 sq. ft. to 50,000 sq. ft. or more. Multiple domes can be combined to create even larger facilities to accommodate large-scale community or city needs if necessary.
